Forge & Blossom is what has come out of my reflections of nomadic living, inner exploration and gratitude for the earth and life itself.  It is the result of a spark that has grounded me and has inspired me to grow my roots. This is what has come (so far) out  of my own inner work and exploration and is an attempt to share and inspire others to find their own.

My desire to create herbal health and wellness products came out of a deep empathy for the environment as well as for the human body.
